Prescription Shop

Waited in line at the drive thru for a prescription called in 2 days prior, was told at the window that it wasn't ready, go inside to keep the line moving, the older guy working said they needed to get another pre-approval, I asked why I didn't get a call since they have me leave my number, that pissed him off, they are too busy to make call backs

Really like the Prescription shop in West Fargo. Friendly and very Helpful Pharmacists.

Always friendly and great service, never had an issue. Just wish you didn't have to call every time you need a prescription filled. But other than that it's great

Have to call every time you need a prescription filled. Doesn’t matter if you called 20mins or 4+ hours they wait until you’re there to fill. Even said to call in and wait a business day to get things filled. As most of us know medication refills only go through for a lot of meds the day your out not the next business day. With picking up prescriptions for 3 people in my household I’ve had enough of their incompetence, bad mannerisms that I don’t think I’ll be back if I have a choice in the matter. Get with the times and actually fill the prescriptions as you get them in.

Unfortunately I can't be kind in my review. While the staff seem to be nice enough their incompetence in handling my debit card caused me to be over charged while picking up my last medication. It has been three days since and though I was told yesterday that it would be taken care of by today. I have just been told it will be another day before the money is refunded to my account. The disregard for people's financial needs and inability to fix their mistakes in a timely manner makes me eager to find a new pharmacy.
