Medical Pharmacy Sheyenne

While here from out-of-state to be with my ill brother longer than originally planned, I ran out of insulin. I was thrilled to find this pharmacy within 2 min from my sister's house where I was staying, stopped there yesterday (Sun) and provided the info of my home pharmacy and in less than 12 hrs had a text on my cell that the prescription was filled and ready for pickup at Medical Pharmacy Sheyenne! The pharmacist on Sunday when I dropped off the request and a different one on Monday when I went to pick up the insulin were both absolutely wonderful - so understanding and helpful! I LOVE this small-town feel and over-the-top customer service. Wished it was the same where I live, but will definitely use Medical Pharmacy if needed in the future. Thank you all!

Best pharmacy I’ve ever had. A year ago I was met with an unfortunate diagnosis and had numerous recurrences over the last year. During the first round, Mary took the time to research which probiotic to take for my specific condition. I was incredibly overwhelmed with my diagnosis and didn’t know where to start. Her kindness was a bright light during that time. Months later I had surgery on my leg. After a few days, I was instructed to take the bandages off and wash it for the first time. All of my soaps are scented, and I didn’t quite know what kind of wash to buy so I wouldn’t irritate it. I went in to pick up a prescription and asked about what kind of wash she would recommend. The pharmacists at this location are always friendly, knowledgeable, and a delight to work with. They remember our family and we don't even have to say who it's for when we stop in. Either Jess or Mary are usually there, and they're great. I can't recommend them enough! The owner, Sheila, works there sometimes too, and she's super nice as well.

The lady that works in the pharmacy is rude every single time I come in there there’s no need for you to be rude to customers who have questions cause if you’re gonna be rude I’m gonna be rude.
