Thrifty White Pharmacy

Staff have almost always been super nice to me. But getting my prescription when I would expect is an issue. I will have my doctor send in the prescription one morning, and I'll wait to go pick it up the next day after work just to give them extra time. It's still almost always never ready by then, and im asked if I can wait/come back in 20-40 minutes so they can get it ready. Have even tried calling in the morning, the day after it's been sent in, to see if they can have it ready for me after I'm off work at 5, and somehow it still ends up not completed and I'm asked to give them another 30 minutes. Never experienced this with any other pharmacy and not sure why it happens so consistently.

I was the person who waited in line for 15 minutes, which is fine, but to be met with an unfriendly person at the window is disheartening. A good morning or hello or hi with a smile or at least not a frown would be nice. " "birthday" was the question followed by pause then name, then praise then, "nothings ready yet". Customer service....hmmmm. and I had mistaken the "do you want to refill text" from 4 days ago to mean they were ready, so that's on me.

The absolute worst, never get the “your meds are ready” text…. certain staff are miserable and incredibly rude and act annoyed when you ask them to do their job. There are a FEW young gals that work the drive through that are kind, but the ones that have been there longer (one blonde in particular) are the worst and make you feel stupid for needing medication. It’s sad because this used to be the best place in town. They constantly give partial fills and then deny that they did that saying they filled the whole thing.

I have been using TW for over a decade and have always had great service and great care from all the employees. Rarely have I had to wait very long in the drive up. Very professional, prompt, courteous, and helpful. I switched from Walgreens because every single time I had problems with my prescription refills. Not once have I had an issue at TW. I am grateful to have TW in the convenient location (for me) on Lincoln. Thank you, TW staff for being awesome!

Constantly having to wait for them to fill prescriptions that they had already texted me saying they were ready for pick up. The latest instance is the worst. My prescription was sent over on the 21st, I never got the text or call saying it was ready, I figured it was a glitch in the system. I come to pick it up on the 30th, I'm told they're "still working on it". Working on it for 9 days? People make mistakes and that's ok, so just say that. Don't lie to my face like I'm too stupid to know better. It's called taking accountability. It only took them 5 minutes to finish "working on it" meanwhile they're back there gossiping about this and that. Again, that's ok unless you're incapable of multitasking, if that's so, then shut up and do your job. 2 stars instead of 1 because once in a while
