Fergus Falls Animal Care Clinic

We took our dog here today, and he was so well taken care of. We will most definitely be back with both of our dogs in the future. Everyone working here was kind, caring and had clear communication the whole time for the teeth cleaning, dental procedures and pricing, so nothing was a surprise. Our dogs are everything to us, and it means so much to us to have a kind a caring veterinary clinic and staff to bring them to. Thank you!

I have taken all my cats here and the care has always been great!! The staff is very friendly and the vet took great care of the cats and explained everything clearly. The receptionist was very nice and chatted with me about my pet while I was waiting for my appointment. The prices at this clinic are very good especially compared to a lot of other places i checked. Would highly recommend taking your pet here!!

Our experience has been great. We are new pet owners and brought out cat Stevie in and they we very professional and timely. Super great with Stevie and the atmosphere is nice with the Office cat and new kitten running around. We will establish care with this clinic for our needs.

Had a horrible experience with the receptionist. She claimed I was “manipulating the system”. I confronted her about her use of the word manipulating which she just stuttered over. I don’t know about the actual practice because the receptionist was very rude and confrontational. She escalated the situation to a point of no return. Literally. I immediately canceled my appointment with this clinic. I understand my questions were broad, but to claim that I was manipulative was OUTLANDISH. I have contemplated even making another Google review, but the situation escalated. DeNelle the receptionist told a non staff member about the number of pets I have. Sarah the manager also told a lady whom owns a business around here which I will NOT name. The lady then made a facebook post about ME. Altho

Really a great vet, great staff and amazing service. They helped me with my diabetic cat for many years. They really have compassion and love for helping people and thier pets.
