Thrifty Way Pharmacy of Lake Charles

I hate to say it but after 20 years as a customer I'm dragging up and going to Boudreaux's....too many problems in the new store... One employee even called me back to start a fight today after messing up on my prescriptions for 2 days straight 18 phone calls later for emails to texts and they still aren't right and we're not talking about some minor drugs we're talking about chemotherapy and immunosuppressant therapy drugs.... So there she was screaming at me over the phone in front of all the customers that were in the lobby and all the employees there insulting me and violating all of the HIPAA laws...and then she hung up on me and I was being nothing but cordial I have no idea but I know this....I missed my injection date today and I cannot think of anything I possibly could have done

I was from out of town and in need of my thyroid meds , walked in to friendly faces and within minutes they had my meds ready ! Definitely use them again if I am in town ! Thanks so much to these wonderful ladies

I have done business with these people for a long time...the most nice and professional people you ever wanna meet....I had a prescription that would cost over $400 with my insurance...bye the time they found the discount coupon I only paid $20.... I won't forget that one...thanks thrifty way

We went to Thrifty Way Pharmacy to take a picture with their alligator statue. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I looked around their gift section. They have some amazing gifts! We all bought something. Go by and see what they have. You will be glad that you did.

If ever you want a pharmacy with a staff that actually cares bring your business to Thrifty Way. I live in Moss Bluff now and travel all the way there because of that fact. Also, if you do ever have any issues or negative experiences whatsoever ask to speak to the owner and/or send the owner an email and I guarantee you she will make it right.
