Jenn is fantastic! After only one session with her, I feel better than I have in years. I've tried massage therapy, chiropractors and medication but manual movement therapy is apparently what I needed all along. She really takes her time to understand your body and your needs before she starts and she clearly knows a ton about anatomy and how best to alleviate pain. If you've struggled with chronic issues like me, I highly encourage you to try this clinic.

Three Waves Bodywork transformed my life. I’ve had chronic back pain for many years and currently have a labor-intensive job. I didn’t know anything about myofascial release until I came here. (I still don’t but my body feels better). Structural Integration and the 12 Series were game-changers. Jenn’s body-reading skills are unreal—she spotted movement issues from childhood injuries that I totally forgot about. This isn’t a relaxing massage; it’s a targeted, goal-oriented practice. I wanted to golf without pain in one nagging back spot, but the results went beyond—my whole body feels amazing. If you’re considering it, especially as a golfer, just do it. 10/10 - Would Recommend.
