THREE PALMS

So very disappointed!! Do not be fooled by the beautiful surroundings. This place is set up to encourage bed sores? My mother got 2 bedsores there. The mattresses are very thin and hard. The the Staff said they could not provide or order an egg crate, foam mattress, cover. We had to buy our own and bring it into my mother. We tried for several days to request them to order an air mattress, but they said it was not possible. Once my mother had 2 bedsores, it suddenly became possible which was much too late. The staff is poorly trained in skin, care management, and continually made excuses for the poor nursing care that allowed the skin breakdown. Same thing with the wheelchairs. There is not a single wheelchair cushion anywhere on the floor. We had to buy our own and bring it f

My mother spent 5 years at East Ridge, in the Skilled Nursing Facility. She passed away a couple of days ago, one month shy of 90. I credit the fact that she lived as long as she did to the incredible care she received at East Ridge. The staff is kind, caring and always kept me and my sister informed if there were any issues with my mother's health. The facility is beautiful and always sparkling clean and welcoming. We were with her, at East Ridge, when she passed, and the outpouring of love, kindness and support from the staff, in particular Naomi (her nurse) and Madeleine (Social Worker) was so incredibly wonderful. I highly recommend Palm Terrace at East Ridge.

The facility and the staff are both amazing. Light, bright, and brand new accommodations. The staff are extremely friendly and very responsive. My mother moved there this year and they made her transition smooth and she continues to be very happy in her new residence. We couldn't be happier with our selection!
