This is the most nasty place I've ever seen. They use surge protector to plug in the walls and tack it up over the door to the other side of the room. Didn't know wound care. Mold on the wall behind the bed. Feces in diaper left on the dresser. No TV. Bed was dirty sheet on the floor. Room mate looked as she had not had a bath in years with skin dry floating in the air. Room was not clean at all for next person. We did not leave are loved one there. This is no place for no one human or not. Its over crowded. This place needs to be out of business

Not a true rehab facility... Not the best CNA's or let alone nurses.. When you enter this establishment, it smells old, it looks antiquated, it brings on this feeling of depression, uneasiness, sadness. Damn near all the staff is new here and are doing multiple roles. If this establishment is of convenience for your situation, be cautious. Day 1 after meeting with the care planning staff, you will see for yourself that everything is all about formalities and politics.. You will see how your loved one is truly cared for.. Be on alert!!!

These people are very disrespectful, there was a new young CNA there and they were being very cold hearted and distant. She was doing the same thing they were doing but she was being frowned upon.

The new CNA there was so sweet and so helpful. This one specific nurse was being so rude, disrespectful, and was singling out the new CNA there.

My School-mate, has-been there since April 3, 2014. Thriving through the care given by the facility. 7 years. Seven years to be fed, bathed, medicated, and cared for by staff through the Covid 19 Pandemic…is outstanding.
