I bought my wheeled walker here. It hasn’t been used a lot. Somehow one of the handle knobs fell off, and on the other side the brake line quite working. I went in to see if they could fix it for me. The man that came from the back told me he wasn’t planning to work on it, and they charge $20 per 15 minutes. Since he wasn’t wanting to do it, it was going to take at least 30 minutes or more, he said. Plus the brake line (and they didn’t have a knob) so a bolt was going to be $20. So that ends up being $60 if not more for what he said was an easy fix. I’m a disabled single woman trying to make ends meet on SSI. I ended up paying $10 to buy the brake line and was going to try to do it myself. He didn’t even give me the right brake line. I guess it’s not a friendly caring place to go to like i

Great customer service and on time for pick up and drop off of my power chair I rented! Would highly recommend if you need a wheelchair! And rental prices were reasonable as well!
