The odor of urine hits you on the face when you walk in. The incontinent patients are left in dirty diapers all day. My mother developed a diaper rash that was so terrible that she cried. They stole her food we brought and other belongings. AWFUL!

My mom was here for 3 months. She went from ok to omg in that time. She is in a new facility for 3 days and is doing much better. The swelling In her feet is going down, she is CLEAN, and her speech is much clearer. Figure this, they’re giving her her meds!! Don’t send your loved ones here. It is a hospice unit.

Horrible neglectful facility. If you want your family member to be urine-soaked, fed foods that are seriously harmful to their health conditions, and so neglected that they get serious pressure wounds on their lower backs that makes it so no other facility will take them because they are too seriously injured, then that is the ONLY reason to bring your family here. It's disgusting the lack of concern they have. The nursing staff has no idea what is going on and doesn't care. Residents are stuck in a wheelchair to rot away all day without timely diaper changes or proper food intake. I can't believe that this place is allowed to stay open. Our family member got a pressure wound on his lower back so serious (from being stuck in his chair and never moved all day) that he is too injured to be
