Dr. Falconer is an extremely competent, knowledgeable, and considerate physician. He consistently listens to patients, is committed to improving health and is very conscientious of his patient’s time. The staff at McIntosh Clinic is equally competent and compassionate as well as organized and kind. I feel very lucky to be a patient at McIntosh Clinic in Thomasville, GA. I see Dr Barnes for all my dermatology needs. I have 100% confidence in her diagnostic findings and preventive care. Amber Rodd is my primary care manager and she is an absolute, knowledeable and professional PC. Amber has helped me understand my health issues and always includes me in available treatments. The teams for both providers are helpful and polite and quickly respond. A huge asset is the on-site lab and xray

Dr Ward is great and so are the nurses. They really care about you the patient. Dr ward takes the time to understand her patient and she genuinely cares about you, your health and comes up with great medical care needed for your situation.

I had a very positive visit at McIntosh Clinic with Dr. Merrill and his assistant Leanne. I had been having problems for months and had seen 3 other physicians in different specialties with absolutely no resolution or hope of one. Dr. Merrill took the time to listen to my history and made a recommendation that immediately started providing relief of my symptoms - there is still outstanding lab work we are waiting on but I feel better now - one week after seeing him - than I have in the last ten months. The general staff seems to be great I would give them four stars. The doctors not so much. The first time I went they didn't listen very well otherwise I wouldn't be doing this now. They gave me a diagnosis that was not logical reasonable or rational All things considered. The second one gave me a reasonable rational and logical diagnosis however by this time I already had more than one thing going on and he didn't seem interested enough to listen or to address the issue and when I tried to press it further he just kind of walked out.
