No appointments when we went there it was sing on the paper and get in line and wait. So the line started way before they even opened and you would wait hours to be seen. Couple good nurses and receptionists some good some not so much, but you’re going to have that every where. Doctor was pretty fast once you finally got back in a room with him.

They were unable to help with my situation. The setup inside is different from any doctors office I've visited. This place does carry a IYKYK sorta vibe. A few unrelated people have given me the same anecdotes. They do not accept my insurance, they have a long wait list and cash would have cost me ~500 for my first visit. Without commenting directly on those anecdotes, I would like to say, IMO / allegedly, this location is part of the problem with certain controlled substances being difficult to get for legitimate medical needs. Just sucks that the two people out front were literally joking about getting high on Adderall I didn't see the doctor so I'll leave it at 2*

The Dr was nice but the nurses and staff were INCREDIBLY rude! I would have fired one of them on the spot if she were my employee. She was literally calling patients in the waiting room names and degrading everyone, acting like we were an extreme inconvenience to her.. I'll be finding a new Doctor...

Great family medicine dr and nurse practitioner in the office! Appointments are thorough, they actually listen to their patients getting to know them.

Dr Thomas and his nurses have always been kind to me. They all helped tremendously in caring for me. Many thanks to you all ❤️
