I’ve made two appointments with this place. The first time we never received a confirmation text and today I had to cancel due to my circumstances. I tried calling the main office and they did not pick up (it’s pretty hard to get on the phone with the office) so I called the number that had sent my confirmation text and was met with hostility over the phone. I was not aware that it was her personal number and was sorry but she was really rude about it. Maybe don’t use your personal number for work/appointment based messages? From that interaction alone, I am glad that the appointment was cancelled in the end.

I had a wonderful experience with Doctor Tracey. She is kind and understood my concerns and questions. She made a plan that help meet my needs. The staff at the front was also very nice ! Highly recommend!

Best optometrist ever, she was very patient and took her time to make sure I got the right prescription, very knowledgeable and kind. Definitely coming back

Excellent experience.. Exam was extremely thorough. Dr. Mauger took time to accurately make sure my prescription was 20/20. Along with his knowledge of other areas concerning the eye. I am very comfortable to recommend him to my family and friends. Office staff was very nice, not only to me, but on the phone to other patients, and all who she interacted with!

DO NOT GO TO THIS OPTOMETRIST. After already having a prescription from this office I went back after two years to get a new pair because they no longer worked .I have a number of problems with my experience . Dr Manger dialated my eyes with out telling me what he was doing. I went to go drive my car after the appointment and couldn't see. Not only is that a liability but could have endagered my life. That alone is enough to hold up my argument but there is more. I have a job that is time sensitive and requires me to see close and far distances and he told me I'd have to take glasses on and off and that was my only option since I needed reading glasses .I HAD TO BRING UP bifocals as an option and he immediately told me I wouldn't like them.
