Went to ER with unilateral whooshing, constant L ear. No one in triage introduced themselves, as in I'm so and so and I'm an RN, clerk etc. The triage area is not private. It could be made private and the person taking vitals could do the triage and more that 1 person taking vitals, behind a partition so the entire waiting room doesn't hear about the patient's chief complaints. I was brought back for a heplock and sent back out to the waiting room. Six pm arrived and I didn't leave until 12:48 am. I went up to the desk at approximately 10 pm, to ask when I would get my CT scan. Let me check. You're scheduled, we're just waiting for them to call you in, after she talked to the roll call person, with no name. Three minutes later, someone came to get me. Very positive experience. My elderly mother was transferred to this hospital for an endoscopic procedure designed to keep her from having gall bladder surgery. The staff and doctors she saw were all wonderful! Attentive and patient to an elder persons needs. She was there four days and there’s not one thing I can think of to complain about.

This hospital and their staff of amazing doctors. Just took great care of a close friend of mine's niece. Everyone while saying your prayers before bed tonight, please remember those out there that we to should pray for.Please Pray that the BLOOD FAMILY stay strong for one another and wish this special girl who is recovering from brain surgery a speedy pain free recovery. I would like to thank the wonderful doctors and nurses that caring for my mother in the Intensive Cardiac Care Unit and the whole team. There isn't enough words to tell you how grateful and humble I am. You save my mother. Yes, she may have a long road ahead of her but you gave her back to me and my family. I thank you for everything. Dr. Marpheka and Dr. Mario and the cardiac team and the GI team, I&D team, Rehab Team Nursing Team Respiratory Team. The best place for healthcare in Pennsylvania will always be Thomas Jefferson University Hospital of Philadelphia.

Jefferson hospital is horrible, the treatment from nurses, doctors everyone was horrible. They do not care about the patient or family members, all they care about is the money. My husband got a bed sore and they do not turn you or do there jobs. My husband has a broken call bell and they never got him a new one. The nurses, doctors everyone was always on there phones instead of doing there jobs which is taking care of the patients. All the doctors want to do is give you pain meds and move on. If you r really sick they don’t want you because they will have to actually work. The sad part is these doctors and nurses get paid so much and want to do so little. But guess what one day one of there loved ones will Be in the hospital and I hope they get the same treatment my husband received which
