Doctor Genco and Doctor Nelson are amazing. Both Doctors are very accommodating and helpful. They go above and beyond to help the children. I have been going to the Pediatrics of South Brunswick from last 16 years. I do not have any complaints, service, billing and also the care and last minute appointment availability to accommodate everyone is huge. Let not forget the front end staff specifically Anna, I just love her service. My entire family has been bringing their little ones to this office. Doctor Genco and team you guys rock.

I love bringing my children here, they have been very good to our family, they don't over charge, they give real Honest medical advice. They Do not operate in a spirit of greed trying to just take from your wallet which is a true blessing in this day and age. They are extremely realistic and if your child doesn't really need it they will be honest. They are always happy and completely love what they do. And...they are very good heartwarming honest doctors. They are low key and great with the kids. My 2 year old asks to go to the doctor because she loves it there so much. I totally recommend, if you are a paniky mom and every little thing is a germ to you and a hypocondriac that you always need something for the kid these probably aren't the doctors for you. Since they joined with Advocare, you cannot get them on the phone at all. Just hours of hold music and no answer.

My son goes here, and super attentive to his needs and ours. Schedule is always open when we need him.
