Simply Beautiful Smiles

I will not recommend this place. I end up paying about $200, unexplained charges. These charges thrown to me after 3-4 months of service with no prior email/mails, directly as a final notice with collection agency. They made us sign before on the paper with service cost which we paid on the same day. No insurance changes for us and it was still covering the same portion. It is completely error at their end. If you vusit this place and keep an eye on the bills.

Avoid this office. I was a patient for 30+ years and when Simply Beautiful Smiles took ownership, the office almost immediately fell apart. My family and friends have all had poor experiences and have since left. During my last cleaning, the dentist didn’t even complete the exam. The Office Manager is never available and doesn’t return calls. She once assured me I wouldn’t be charged for a visit due to the poor service, and I stopped receiving bills. Two years later, I was shocked to get a collections notice. Their billing statements now lack service details, making it nearly impossible to dispute charges.

Extremely poor services and response. My wife went there for some diagnosis, they charged over $500. She worked more than a month to reach them to understand charges, no one helped. Manager never come on call or when come, she is very rude. They agreed to make payment plans, but provided no support. When my wife paid online, she had to pay $15 as convenience fees. They simply looted us and provided no services at all. Please do not visit this.

This place is criminal. I was told I needed almost $25k of work done - for deep cleaning, multiple extractions, & root canals. They always tried to get the most out of my insurance company even though it was not medically necessary. ( and never actually fixed anything ) I went to another dentist for a second opinion and received a regular cleaning which cost me nothing out of pocket compared to the 1000k this place was charging me,AND most of the teeth that I was told I needed extractions or root canals were easily fixed with a simple filling.. They lied and took advantage of my insecurities you are better off going anywhere else !

This place use to be good when they were Doctors of Dental Medicine under Dr. Meade, Asplasch and the original few. Then this group Beautiful Smiles takes over and we see a lousy practice who is bothered only to take your money and bill the insurer for the max that they can. They even have taken $10 from my kid saying that is the balance he owes when he owes nothing as per Cigna’s EOB. Refuses to send back his money after 7 months. Such a scam and fraudulent practice owned and run by Hedge fund companies. Stay away from this practice, my simple advise
