Thomas Frandsen, MD- Missoula Family Medicine

Missoula Family Medicine gets my highest recommendation. The medical care I have received has been top-notch. This includes an entire day spent in the Emergency Department, when the ED physicians consulted Dr. Frandsen throughout the day to work out a difficult diagnosis. The ED physicians told me they included Dr. Frandsen in their process because "he is an excellent physician." He never fails to answer my questions clearly and explains matters so that I can maximize my own health management. In addition, his staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and skilled at calming my grandchildren's nerves. Thumbs-up, thumbs-up.

If you are in the area and looking for a family physician, I cannot recommend Dr. Frandsen enough! Upon moving to the area we signed our entire family up (including our daughter who was only 7 months old at the time). Him and his staff have treated us with nothing but respect and kindness. Dr. Frandsen is incredible knowledgeable of all age groups. He has constantly eased any worry I had at my daughter’s well baby visits while also giving us great recommendations on things to do and help her grow. And when I was sick and needed testing done, they were able to squeeze me in the next day. Not once has anyone in my family felt like just another number to him and his office. Him and his staff has always made us feel welcome and like they truly cared!

Dr. Frandsen is an amazing physician! He is kind, patient, knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. What we really appreciate about him is that he listens to you and has genuine doctor/patient conversations. He takes the time to answer questions. He is doctor to our whole family including grandkids. He has been there for our family whenever we have needed him. Just knowing we have a Dr. that we can rely on for any medical issue is a rare gift. We also appreciate the professionalism and kindness of his office staff! I definitely cannot recommend these people. I tried to make them my primary care doctor, even though they were accepting new patients they would not accept me because I do not have insurance even though I have the money to self-pay. I remember back in the day when being a doctor was all about just helping somebody. It makes no sense to wait for an insurance check when someone can pay right there and then. Instead, they put more pressure on the insurance companies which ruins it for everybody. This is probably why I do not have insurance It’s because of companies like this
