I take my mother to his office in Port Jefferson, and let me tell you, Dr. Thomas Arnold belongs to a selected group of doctors not easy to find today. He listens to you, he never rushes, he explains thoroughly about the treatments and he follows up on you. His bedside manners are outstanding. It is really a pleasure to visit his office and have my mother to receive his compassionate and professional help. On top of that the girls in the front desk are always receiving you with a big smile and their attention is excellent. If you are looking for a vein Dr, look no more, visit Dr Arnold and you won’t be disappointed, he is one of the best vein doctors in Long Island.

Dr. Arnold is a great physician in so many ways that all I can say is if you have any vein related issues he is the physician to see. He is kind, sensitive and totally smart about all matters related to the circulatory system. I am very glad to be his patient he is a great physician and a wonderful person.

Not only did the procedure fail with me getting phlebitis, I agreed to pay a certain amount of money a contract was written up and through their patient portal was sent to me. I knew something was shady when they said “you can’t pay with a credit card you have to pay cash or a debit card”. I made about twenty phone calls in total to make sure the amount on that contract was the only amount I’d be paying. I called their office manager, I called a concierge service and together we called my insurance company on a recorded line and got their financial office on the line. I called so many times before the two procedures that everyone remembered speaking to me already and was annoyed I was calling again. One of the best doctor's I have visited during my last few years of medical issues. Even though my issue didn't fall under vascular, Dr. Arnold went above and beyond to help try and boil down what has been stumping doctors for years. He made several great recommendations based off a wide picture of my symptoms instead of focusing in on only one issue as many doctors do. Hats off to this doctor, highly recommend.
