Always super quick and efficient; still gets 5 stars even though they're sometimes a bit under-staffed and I've had to come back to pick up the rest of a prescription because I was either given just enough to get by or a random amount, usually to just have to come back the next day (Mom &Pop store problems I assume). That hasn't happened recently though maybe they're expecting me by now 😆.

Very friendly. I had looked for this product online at several big box drug stores. But, the only way to get it was to order it online. Then, I started thinking local, and remembered, Thomas Drugs. Called them. They had it on the shelf. Go Local.

Terrible customer service. I experienced the 3rd or 4th poor customer service experience today. My newborn requires a compound so Thomas Drug is one of the few places we can go to. My wife used their online application on Thursday to order our child’s medicine, the order was ignored. So I called first thing Saturday morning at 9am and told them my child really needed the medicine. If they ran into any issues to call me and I would drive to my other option an hour away. I drove to the location at 12PM since I hadn’t been called, to be told that the medication was unavailable and that it would be available on Monday. I have a screaming child at home, which means I have an upset wife at home. Communication is the key to customer satisfaction, Thomas Drug failed in that, they will neve
