I arrived a few minutes early and was directed to a lovely room with a large private bathroom. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I was awakened halfway through my test and a CPap was applied. I slept soundly until awakened by the technician. All in all, this was not an unpleasant experience.

Have been coming here for two years and I'm very happy with the staff and treatment.

I had a sleep study in the Southington Sleep Disorder Center last month. In my opinion, this is the worst place to have a sleep study. When I arrived for the study, I found the rooms to be warm and uncomfortable. When I asked the technician to turn on the air conditioner, he mentioned that it was broken and that by turning it on the rooms would become freezing cold. The temperature of the room was a contributing factor to me not being able to stay the full night. I had to leave three hours into the test. When the results of the test came back, I was told I didn’t have the right to a copy of the audio/video feeds and other raw data such as brainwaves and biometrics. Frustratingly, deleting all of this data after it has been interpreted by the doctor is normal operating procedure for this la

Staff was excellent. Felt welcomed and treated with respect.
