Therasens Occupational Therapy

Our family has been with Therasens for the past 2½ years, and I can confidently say that the care, dedication, and expertise we’ve received have been nothing short of extraordinary. I received a call today from a "friend of the practice" following up to see if we still needed services after receiving a referral ten months ago and being put on the waitlist. He said I should call the office to schedule an appointment. I had to call at least 5 times before anyone answered the phone in scheduling. I was told that we are still on the waitlist and not able to schedule an appointment at this time. Why are you having someone solicit business if you don't have availability to take more patients? :( I'm annoyed that I wasted half my afternoon trying to get the office to answer a phone call.

Therasens is incredible. We have been seeing Lauren for my son’s torticollis since he was 5 months old. We still see her now. He is nearly a year old. Lauren has walked us through each step of occupational therapy with grace and confidence. Not once have I felt like I was being judged or that my child was in the wrong hands. Lauren is incredible with babies. Therasens works as a team when something comes up and we have had the opportunity to see that happen time and time again to help support the children in need. The front desk is organized, efficient, and helpful when needing to change appointments. Parents of children over 18 months are asked to stay in the waiting room, but because we have a baby, we are allowed to go in the back to watch each step of the process. (I’m sure exceptions

My son is being seen for sensory issues related to autism. In the short period of time we’ve been attending Therasens we’ve seen tremendous improvement. My son’s therapist is Valeria and she’s great with kids, very caring and patient. Also the director is very knowledgeable and hands on. I’ve seen her present in every session ready to assist. Overall our experience from reception to sessions and billing has been great, no issues. Thanks Therasens :)

I can't say enough positive things about Therasens. Our daughter has attended Therasens two to three times per week for six years now (how time flies!). She started first with Natalie for about a year or two, then with Lauren, and all of our experiences have been wonderful. My daughter absolutely adores Lauren and is disappointed if we ever have to cancel our appointment! They have always gone above and beyond for us, including getting us in touch with some of the best specialists in the country. I wouldn't trust anyone else with our girl!
