I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Therapy Works in Jacksonville, Florida, in hopes it may help others make a more informed decision. During my interactions with this business, I was met with an alarming level of unprofessionalism and rudeness from the owners themselves. As someone seeking support for deeply personal and sensitive issues, I expected to be met with compassion, respect, and understanding. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Whether its Tommie Lee's genuine concern in setting the appointment that works best for you, or Nicholas' smiling face always ready to greet you when you come in , you know you're in a place that is there for YOU! Dr. Earl has to be by far the most AMAZING doctor and person that I have ever met. He is so passionate about his patient's well being that he goes far above and beyond in his treatment. He is very effective in many areas of practice, and you get the results instantly in how you feel after seeing him! My experience with Dr.Earl was look no other! Very professional yet warming and welcoming. Throughout my visit I felt very comfortable and informed on my current state and steps we’ll be taking to get me to full strength. Before leaving my appointment I felt confident and sure that I’ve received the best medical attention and sincere generosity I’ve experienced in my lifetime. I came to see Dr. Earl for chronic lower back and hip pain. At my first appointment he took the time to explain to me throughout the session what the cause of my pain likely was. His techniques for releasing muscle tightness are effective and he asks often to ensure you are comfortable. He prescribes home exercises that are easy to follow and will show you how to do them correctly at your session. I have only been twice and I am already seeing and feeling improvement. I find it so encouraging that we take before photos at the start of the session that show my poor alignment. At the end of the session we take after photos and it’s incredible to see the alignment corrected. I leave his office feeling better each time. My only regret is I didn’t come to see him sooner. I have been putting off PT for quite some time, however recently I started working with Dr. Earl at TherapyWorks and my pain has improved tremendously! He is incredibly talented!
