Therapy Relief Inc. is amazing!! Our daughter has been receiving services since the summer and has made amazing progress with her speech. She is treated with such an enormous amount of love and support. We are also given all the tools we need to succeed and work with her at home on a daily basis. I can't say enough great things about them!! Highly recommend!

Do not go through this organization! My husband and I are both licensed attorneys in Missouri, and I can tell you we cannot support this organization. They are poorly managed and unethical. The office managers and administrators double billed us for our daughters speech therapy. We were told they billed $70 per hour, but our therapist only visited for 30 minute sessions and the company did not adjust the rate for the time spent. Further, just setting up our initial therapy this summer was a nightmare. Each time I called the front desk to follow up; they indicated they had no notes in the system and restarted the same questions as before. It took three calls to establish the therapist and rates and visit schedule. Total mess!

If you’re a parent actively trying to help your child, do not hire this company. They are unprofessional, lack standard communication skills and are very inconsistent. The therapists here don’t act like they care or value their job. Therapists are also very open about how terrible the company is and how disorganized it is. The office staff is never any help and they have no idea what’s going on most the time. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere. Our kids deserve better.

My child used to receive occupational therapy services through this company, and my husband and I were satisfied with the services and well as the therapists that helped my child. With that being said, my opinion of this business has gone down a bit, starting with when my child's OT services were indefinately put on hold due to the lack of therapists, which led to my child receiving OT services through their school and eventually no longer needing them altogether. Then when my child was diagnosed with ADHD and ODD, I reached out to this company to see about behavioral therapy for them, since on their website they claim to provide services for "autism and other developmental disorders". I was informed that even though both ADHD and ODD are both developmental disorders, the only way my child
