I’ve had such a positive experience working with Dana over the past few months as I’ve trained for the TCS NYC Marathon. Dana really takes attention to detail, asking about any problem areas or any background information. Ultimately, she knew exactly what I needed and used the feedback I gave as a guide for the deep tissue massage. Dealing with hip issues, she really brought to my attention how this affects other areas too! The environment was relaxing, clean, and her professionalism is outstanding. I’d highly recommend her to anyone who weight trains and deals with general stiffness!
