I just had one of the best massages of my life at Therapeutica Body Studio and I’m still floating 24 hours later. Booked the four 60-minute sessions for deep tissue and it was exactly what my chronically tight shoulders, neck, and lower back needed. Anna has magic hands — seriously. She found every knot and adhesion like she had X-ray vision, used perfect pressure (firm but never painful), and transitioned beautifully between deep work and stretching. I could literally feel the tension melt away. Anna is very personable, professional and clearly passionate in her approach. I have just experienced my third massage with her and no two experiences have been the same as she offers a totally personalized approach each session. She works on my upper body each time, as per my request, and 90 minutes each time. I have continuous aches in my neck, shoulder and lower back and with Anna’s skilled knowledge I leave with much better flexibility and pain reduction, not to mention completely relaxed. Anna is a true professional. I came to her with muscle pain and knots throughout my body, after treatment for breast cancer. I found some relief from my muscle pain after my first visit, and more with each subsequent visit. Consistency is key. I try to schedule every two weeks to ensure my upper and lower areas receive adequate theraphy at least once a month. Anna is gentle and skilled at manipulating my tender knots and trigger points. Her space is clean and serene. Anna is also a delightful person to spend my hour with.

I’ve been to see Anna a couple of times now. I went the first time as a birthday gift for myself.Today was only my second visit and by the end of the session I could feel more relief from upper back pain and tightness than I’ve had in years! I also appreciate the advice she has given before and after session about how to maintain and continue improvement through stretching and exercising. She even took the time to send some strength training videos after our first session. Anna’s incredibly professional, kind and clearly knows what she’s doing. I would recommend her to anyone seeking a good masseuse. It can sometimes be hard to spend money on what feels like a luxury but I can say that the service and results are a worthwhile self investment.
