Terence was fantastic. I have chronic pain and his body work massage was thorough and very relieving. I usually avoid massages by males but wanted to try the body work modality. He made me feel very comfortable at all times. I’ll be going back.

I always wait a few weeks to review a massage so I can speak to whether there were long-term benefits. Terrence did a wonderful job. He was professional and knowledgeable. The office was very clean. This is a place you go to work on movement and get better long term. The massage was a bit intense at times, but he frequently checks in and assesses your range of motion. I think this office makes massage very approachable for people who are turned off by the stereotypical relaxation massage and I felt I was moving better afterward. I'll be back for sure.

I had a great session with Terrence. He worked through deep tension using focused trigger point techniques, always checking in on how I was feeling and testing results through stretches. He answered all my questions and explained everything along the way. It felt like my whole body was gently reset — I left feeling lighter, looser, and more balanced. Highly recommend!
