Thera Plex

I was with my friend, who was receiving physical therapy at this location. A staff member named Christina is rude and condescending. She treats the patients like they are children. I guess she feels, since the patients are elderly, that she can verbally abuse them. Luckily for my friend, I witnessed it all and will pursue every avenue available to me and have her reported to every agency that is involved with the elderly. It's truly disgusting how she demeans good people who worked hard their whole life. She should be ashamed of herself and she should not be employed in this position.
