Theory Massage and Mobility

Trish gave THE BEST 90 minute massage Ive ever had, and I’m a routine massage gal. I know that’s cliche, but it’s honest. The room was so calming and cozy, I never heard her getting more oil or lotion or clinking the hot stones around, she always had one hand on my back at any given moment. Her pressure was spot on (i like a lot of pressure), she was conscious about a recent surgery I had on my wrist and she was respectful of my need to relax. She was comfortable to chat with. The spa itself was inviting and all staff I encountered was so welcoming. I can’t WAIT for my next one.

What a great experience from start to finish the staff from the time you walk in is friendly and inviting. Smiles all around and great energy & atmosphere. Trish is one of the best massage therapist I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been getting professional massage therapy for over 20 years. Her skill is way beyond her years in the field, takes a sincere interest in you as a client-how you’re feeling, any changes aches/pains. Anything specific we need to concentrate on? Seas the Day Medispa are a truly amazing staff & therapists and just a great experience from start to finish in the several times I’ve been. Trish is amazing! The environment at Seas the Day is so warm and comforting, you instantly relax. It’s the perfect setting for a serene massage (and some wonderful cosmetic enhancements). Trish is well versed in her field, caring and empathic. She ensures you are comfortable and problem areas are discussed. I never felt rushed, which I have at other massage locations. The massage was firm and intense where requested/needed and gentle and relaxing where requested/needed. The price is beyond reasonable and package option is brilliant for budgeting self care. I look forward to all my visits and highly recommend you give Trish a try!

I went for a 75min massage with Trish, and she was absolutely amazing! Not only did she work the knots and stress out of my body but I also felt my mental stress melt away. Trish creates a wonderful, safe and comfortable environment while she focuses on helping heal aching muscles. I'm greatly looking forward to going back for another session!
