Working with Dr. Leah has been a game changer. She’s not only a fantastic personal trainer but also a licensed physical therapist, which means every workout is grounded in real knowledge of how the body works. She tailors exercises to my needs, keeps me progressing safely, and explains the ‘why’ behind everything. She fixes what hurts, pushes me just enough, and somehow makes me laugh while I’m sweating through my regrets! I’ve never felt stronger or more confident. Highly recommend!

Leah is a knowledgeable, organized, and personable Personal Trainer with the added benefit of being a credentialled Physical Therapist. This was the first time I had worked with a dual credentialed trainer and the experience came with a higher level of evaluation of my physical condition and potential fitness capability than previously encountered. My goal was to work with Leah to "tweak" my gym routine with appropriate balance, body weight bearing, and rotational exercises optimized for my age. My goals were 100% achieved and I determine that working with Leah for a period each year was what I needed to do going forward.

What can I say about Leah Ashley Zinnert Diedrich? She has a lot of names 😊, she has a PhD and the knowledge/experience that comes with it, she has a lot of spunk, and she has a great approach. She is very friendly and personable. She has a great facility in a good location. Best physical therapist and personal trainer ever!
