I’ve been receiving treatment from Katy Hogan for 3+ years, and I could write 3+ years worth of 5 star reviews! I primarily go for mental health maintenance, and Katy is incredibly tactful and responsive to the nuances of what’s been going on in between sessions, adjusting treatment approaches with really brilliant nuance. I appreciate how, even from the first consultation, the treatment has been personalized and tailored to my needs at that moment. This made getting a membership a no-brainer, because I appreciate how the care has grown with me. When I don’t go on my regular cadence, I notice it 100%. I’ve also appreciated how Katy regularly informs me about additional treatments/services offered through Yinova, but I have never felt pressured to add anything before I was comfortable/wanti

While I love Yinova and cannot recommend the overall experience enough, I am especially lucky that I found Katy Hogan. My only regret is that she didn't come into my life sooner! Katy is calming, compassionate and empathetic. She takes on your issues/needs as her own to thoughtfully create a treatment plan. I've been beyond impressed by her knowledge of both eastern + western medicine and the way she weaves this knowledge into her practice & our time together. Even week to week she'll make tweaks to ensure you're getting exactly what you need for wherever you are that day. She strikes such a good balance between tackling immediate concerns while supporting long-term recovery. I've watched my body heal under her care and I would wholeheartedly recommend Katy to anyone.
