The Wilshire Skilled Nursing & Therapy

My brother lives here after a stroke. This is the second facility he has been to. Every time I have an issue, they are quick to respond and fix the issue. Kaylea and Serrita are absolutely amazing.

Facility was not clean, only one bathroom per wing. Poorly staffed. Facility smelled of urine and feces. Only one staff member was cordial and kind. Other patients asked visitors for help with changing clothes and bed changes. Upper staff did not respond to family recomendation or patient needs properly. Would not recommend.

Do not recommend for your loved ones: we came to scope out a place for my Dad and there was zero staff available. Dirty, short staffed, outdated, tons of exposed wiring and missing cieling tiles.

The leadership team here is amazing and the staff provide great care!

Food adequate, living space poor, room facilities (I.e. sink, shower, toilet,) non- existent. Power outlets limited to one, shared overhead light , shared shower and tub with other patients outside the room. More much more.
