I have worked in eyecare myself for over 15 yrs and have done every position in a clinic, minus being the OD. I am very critical, so when I say this was one of my best experiences I do not say that lightly. Dr. Kinnebrew was very thorough and polite. The front desk was polite and very informative. The opticians were polite, though and knowledgeable. If I had any complaint, its a very small one and that would they need a little more variety in frames. Overall, I would give them a 9.5 on a 1-10 scale.

Our experience was great. Since Dr Samuel Ashley is transitioning to retirement, we saw Dr Aimee Kinnebrew. She has great bedside service and we were pleased with the VSP insurance coverage for our visit and new glasses.

Dr. Ashley is always professional, well informed and provides a thorough examination. He also explains and answers any questions you may have. I always recommend him to family and friends.
