The facility has been plagued by poor management, a lack of effective leadership, inadequate communication, and neglect of resident care due to maladministration. The in-house doctor failed to provide an individual with prescribed medication for over 72 hours without notifying administration. The facility neglected to submit requested medical documents to the insurance company, which further complicated the resident's medical care. The individual was unjustly denied access to their personal medication and requested documents at dismissal. These unethical violations not only caused a halt in the necessary medical care but also led to life-threatening medical conditions that resulted in admissions into a hospital.

HORRIBLE FACILITY. Management are so rude towards staff. They are disgusting they are so rude towards the staff that help run this place. Ms. Kim and Zendra have been super rude and unwilling to help and always have an attitude when asking for help. New management is needed this is ridiculous

Attempted to get my daughter placed for over 2 months. Kept getting reports her paperwork was either lost or had not arrived. When the paperwork was complete, the decision was made not to accept her, but I was not notified. After 2 weeks I called them to find out the facilities decision and was told she had not been accepted. I was disappointed because I was not informed of this decision and more time was wasted that I could have been searching for another facility.

Very poor management. Some lady called me out at 8:30 pm to unlock a medication cart, that she locked the keys inside of. I'm a single father and some proprietor of my business, so I have to take my daughter with me. I made it to the door and then she calls me and says, "Yeah, don't come. We got it." I Informed her of how she dragged me out and wasted my time and she says, "Yeah, sorry," and hangs up. I hope she has more compassion for the people under her care than she did for me and my seven year old daughter. I recommend any service provider called out, take the credit card number up front before dispatching any of their technicians to this address. The management is severely lacking and I sincerely hope they get it together in the future. Rude rude lady.

Very happy with the staff and how they treat my mom. She enjoys being here, and she likes the nurses and CNAs that take of her. I visit quite frequently and I’m happy to see the staff take the time to interact with my mom and other residents.
