This office staff and providers are absolutely Top notch! From the first moment when you walk in and meet Richelle at the front desk, she greets you with a bright smile and she’s always professional. When I was brought back to their patient rooms I was able to meet a very kind, compassionate provider assistant. Her name is Crystal and she has honestly guided me and ensured my health would be better if I listened to their providers. (She was RIGHT) !! She also has been wonderful and understanding when I bring my children with as well. I have been told from other providers that I was all fine and dandy but once I was able to meet with Dr. Rucker and explain everything he completely understood and got to the bottom of my issues. Doctor Valentin is very knowledgeable and takes the time to discuss any concerns and treatment options. She knows her stuff! Staff are always helpful and happy to help.

*********BUYER BEWARE******* I feel compelled to share my experience because I was the patient that truly believed that I had found a doctor that cared in Dr Valentin. I came to the office on my first visit and everyone is nice and professional especially Dr Valentin who really does give you the impression that she cares and want to help. That she is going to review the information you provided and run tests to get to the bottom of your pain because they want to help. Almost $400 in just tests and follow ups I am told, sorry, we can't do anything other than what was done for you prior. My question? If I brought you my paperwork from day one why not take the time to read a patients file and save me the money, and just tell me that from the beginning?? And the kicker while I sit there bawlin
