BEWARE if you are self pay! Was NOT going to leave a negative review but since the "manager" could not find it in her heart to return my call (and she has had weeks) I feel that this is now my duty to warn other customers. This company's "good faith" estimates are laughable. From the initial first visit, to the endless bills you will get for extra expensive tests that you didn't even have the chance to approve, this company breaks all of the "No surprise billing" laws. Also , good luck getting the manager to return your calls when you have valid questions . Very poor to no communication. I feel bad for the doctors of this group who seem to be great and have to deal with such unprofessional management and billing practices. Makes the whole company look bad! My experience with the group is they are completely unprofessional and incompetent. The front desk staff is rude, the nurses are rude and the scheduling staff is probably one of the worst I've come across. Doctors do not keep their appointments they make months in advance. It is unfortunate they have a monopoly in the area. I recommend taking your time and money elsewhere if you can afford to do so. 0/10 experience.

The lady I talked to on 10/28/25 @ 12:15pm was very rude. I was calling for info on appointments, and she took a tone with me like I was a child. If I'm going to spend $2,800+ on a procedure another place will do for 1/3 the cost - I expect to be treated with respect. This interaction will heavily weigh on my decision of who to go with.

My husband came to see a doctor, but he was scheduled with an NP (Maggie Sutter). When asked basic questions, she skirted over the risks and she had zero knowledge of the other way(s) to perform the procedure. She was very inappropriate and unprofessional in my opinion. This was a waste of time and it was disappointing.

This is the absolute worst group of Drs I have ever seen !! My 71 year old sister had a 13 MM stone. 1st procedure, stent insurtion, had some pain, called , gave her medication for a prostate !! 2nd procedure, 2hour surgery to blast stone ,lots of pain, have her pain meds. 3rd procedure, 2nd surgery to blast stone,1.5 hour surgery, pain medication, really a lot of pain. 4th procedure just a few days after 3rd procedure/surgery,really a lot of pain ! No medication , we called twice and both times they lied and told us there no drs available to prescribe anything, if it hurts go to the er !! Are you kidding me ????!! Avoid this place at all cost
