I paid $318 an my insurance cover i guess another 400 for a set of transitions lenses xtream hear them tell it. They're not dark at all so basically I still need my real prescription sunglasses to block the sun because these lenses are too weak, not just that but they re supposed to be progressive an I don't think they're is one ounce of anything progressive on there! The only reason I went with lenses crafters bc i believed them when they bragged their progressive lenses were like the best an thier trans were next level! Not at all I literally have to take my glasses off ery time I need to read i have several pair of progressive lenses from cheap online companies an every pair are crushing lenses crafters progressive an the Trans lenses are basically the same as my cheaper lenses! Im piss

I recently stepped on my glasses and I stopped in to see if anyone could help me. Leslie immediately stopped what she was doing and patiently fixed them for me. I have always had great luck at this location. The staff is friendly and always willing to help!

Great service — above and beyond! I brought an old broken pair of Serengeti sunglasses I bought at Costco to LensCrafters at Crestview Hills Towne Centre, and Adam fixed them right up and cleaned them like new. When I asked for the bill, he just smiled and said there’s no charge! Outstanding customer service still exists — I highly recommend Adam and LensCrafters to my friends.

Adam at the crestview store helped me, he was amazing. He was very helpful in choosing which lenses I should get and helping me pick option that worked with my insurance and budget. I will definitely be back to see him. Highly recommend!

Great experience on my visit. The staff was great and I was able to get help and honest feedback while selecting my frames. This will definitely be my new home for glasses.
