Miserable payment department. They don't even do their work properly. Expect the patient to deal with everything. What good is your staff, if they cant do their work and pressurizing patients.. I had a problem with insurance payment and have discussed with the staff about same that they can work with insurance get it resolved, but staff just sat there for months asking me to full amount. I have put the insurance and payment department on call multiple times. They are lazy. why would I pay extra amount, which I don't owe … Worst staff

Always had responsive care by Dr. Leu and his team. Everyone has always been polite and good at what they do. I would highly recommend this clinic and my doctor. Never had any issues with anyone here or with waiting a long time. Some times there are medical emergencies and people really need to be more understanding and patient.

Do not expect to be seen at your scheduled time. Came early like they requested. Then, I sat in the waiting room for more than an hour. Took weeks to get the appt, so I couldn't just reschedule.

What kind of Dr.'s office does not know how to schedule it's patients correctly. You cant write a schedule and keep to it and I'm supposed to trust your opinion and knowledge. You went to college for years...learn how to keep to a schedule or simply have the backbone to not take on more then you can handle. Unprofessional will never return.
