The Urgent Care - New Orleans

The nurse practitioner, Amanda, could not have been better. She was clearly experienced and extremely competent. I highly recommend the midcity location. All of the staff were extremely professional.

I recently came in to see Dr. Blake, Nurse Practitioner, and I was very impressed with the care I received. He took the time to really listen, showed genuine compassion, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. He was attentive, supportive, and went above and beyond to ensure I was well cared for. I never felt rushed, and I left feeling reassured and valued as a patient. I am truly grateful for his professionalism and kindness.

After a long wait the intake nurse in back was the best & wish she worked closer! So gentle with words, caring & made us both feel valued. Nurse Practitioner came in seemed in a hurry; when my daughter (who just tested positive for the flu & strep and currently with a fever) asked for an extra mask she refused to give her one. 1st time being declined a mask when your patient is sick! She came in with a mask on & simply didn’t want to be without.

DO NOT GO HERE. I had a rash and they told me I had monkey pox without looking at my problem (I don’t) and that I need to quarantine. They yelled about it in areas other patients could hear. They didn’t take my vitals and the nurse(??) on staff admitted she had no clue what the monkey pox looked like on a speaker phone call in the hallway. Actual dumpster fire.

Short waiting period, expedited process, definitive diagnosis by doctor with clear specific resolution. Pharmacy already had both of my Rx's "in process" before I arrived - all technology completed via The Urgent Care - New Orleans - very pleased.
