The Tox- Lone Tree

I just went to the Tox in Lone Tree for the first time and it was an amazing experience. You walk in and the setting immediately puts you at ease. The massage itself was completely different from others I’ve had (and I have had deep tissue fairly regularly). I loved that it focused on my limbs, sculpting and toning parts of my arms and legs that are regularly sore from workouts. The lymphatic drainage technique on your stomach is soothing and I really felt the effects into the next day. If you’re interested in lymphatic drainage and reducing inflammation you 💯 need to give this a try.
