I normally don’t leave reviews but I just want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Santana and the entire team for accommodating my needs. Dr. Santana is always thorough and attentive, making sure I feel comfortable throughout my visit & his sense of humor is positively distracting, it literally makes you forget you’re at the dentist. In addition, a special shout-out to Jasmine, the receptionist—she successfully handled my most recent case & I truly appreciate her effort. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for a great dentist….literally hands down Dr. Santana is the BEST dentist! Thank you for your kindness and professionalism!

My son and I had a 9:30 AM appointment today. We arrived on time, only to find another patient’s name listed ahead of ours on the waitlist—they were seen first without explanation. More patients arrived after us and were prioritized, leaving us waiting indefinitely. By 10:00 AM, an assistant finally called us—not to begin the appointment, but to upsell a $240 oral sedative (cash only, with an 8% surcharge for card payments). After weighing my child and noting his age, they sent him back to wait further. By 10:15, with no updates, I asked the dentist when we’d be seen. His response: “So what? Sorry.” This unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially when dealing with children. Worse, this wasn’t an isolated incident. During our first visit (on a Saturday), my wife and son waited 1.5 hour

Amazing doctor, professional and very friendly staff. I had severe toothache and was given same day appointment being a new patient it was very shocking! I was so scared because of my previous experience with another dentist elsewhere. This dentist was so smooth and it was a quick fix. Thank you so much for the amazing treatment!

Although parking is difficult, Doctor Santana is excellent in all that he do for his patients. His office hour are great if you work and get out late his available from 3-8 pm. The staff are on point with your medication to the pharmacy. They also work hard to get you in when it gets booked. The office is keep spotless and COVID check in is a must. Finally , Doctor Santana is so great and friendly, he can put you at easy if you are nervous, To the point that you forget his a Dentist. That’s how comfortable you will feel in his presence.

The dentist is nice ! Good detail type of guy. Nice to his patients. Jasmine at the front desk is so hospitable. Great customer service skills. Very patient and friendly. She always tries to help.
