Excellent staff I was there for Respit care for a short time. They played good games and good food too

Our HEARTBREAKING experience at The Terrace of St. Cloud LTC. In a matter of a weekend my father went from upright and alert to near lifeless and they didn't even notice. The terrace claimed my father was simply sleeping and medicated, claimed his vitals were normal, they claimed it was a coincidence of timing, they claimed his sleepiness (actually comatose state) were due to meds that were never given. I had to demand his vitals be taken, by threat of calling 911 myself. It revealed a horrible fact. They allowed my father to lie in bed UNMEDICATED AND UNTREATED, even UNDIAGNOSED with severe Sepsis, Pneumonia, UTI, WBC through the roof, respiratory failure, sustained Tachycardia, and a massive stroke, as he slowly and painfully died. They did not provide the necessary "comfort care" they

If I could give a review in the minus category (negative), I would. This place, is about taking people’s money and giving them sub par care. They also make changes without notice, have a horrible staff (except for a few good nurses), they treat the seniors who live there like they are disposable, take what they want from the residents thinking they can with no repercussions and I could go on. My relative passed 4 years ago and she is still receiving a bill at my address. They are quick to take monies from bank accounts and social security. I’m pretty sure the amount they say she owes won’t hurt them. They already took more than they deserved for what they provided. My suggestion, pay for a nurse to come to your house and let your relative go with dignity. This place does not care about ppl

Love visiting the facility, patients are well taken care of. Hallways and rooms are always clean and odor free. All staff great you with a smile. It is a very welcoming home.

My family friend who I’m poa over suffered a debilitating near death experience with a stroke and was on a ventilator unable to eat and walk or talk. He has tubes in every part of him. The transition from independence was difficult as the knowledge base and decisions were difficult. He’s across the country alone. In one years time although he is old, 78, and didn’t take care of himself before the stroke. This facility kept him alive and well cared for. He’s still unable to walk or talk well, but he is comprehending and reading and participating with friends via his tablet. For him to even pull through is remarkable. I give full credit to this facility on knowing what to do and how to care for this man. From physical therapy and speech to the nursing staff. They continue to get him at new l
