St Cloud Dentistry

I had a great experience with Trish and Dr. Ramos. Trish is amazing with my teeth. I always feel relaxed and feel great after my cleanings with her. I have been going to Trish for years and I am always happy to see her. Trish is personable and very knowledgable. Dr. Ramos was also very knowledgable and very thorough with my concerns. Dr. Ramos has great bedside manners. I absolutely love St Cloud Dentistry.

Dr. Heap was very patient and attentive to my 97 year old mother. When she broke her front tooth, he was able to fit her in and fixed the tooth perfectly. She has her beautiful smile back again just in time for her 98th birthday! The entire staff was wonderful.

This place has been fantastic. The stuff is fried by and provides me with great advice on how to maintain healthy teeth. All oste have been provided to me in advance ao there are no suprises, this is great when using a hsa to pay for costs. Dr Ramos is the Doogie Howser of dentistry! Just overall a great experience!

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Dr. Heap and his team over my son’s multiple visits. The dentist can be scary, especially for kids, but Dr. Heap and his staff made every experience so nice and comfortable. Everyone is so patient, kind, and they take the time to explain everything clearly. Our entire family goes to him, and we’ve always received excellent care. Highly recommend!!!

Usually a higher rating, but this rating is for 2 visits (husband and Wife) in these particular visits on this day and for the Frustration involved. Multiple times my wife or I have been charged large amounts for a visit that was supposed to be free (cleaning 2X a year) but regardless we were charged and paid large amounts even though we had a credit balance from other previous times we paid amounts much more than what we owed. Office staff needs to do better. Doesn’t seem to be the same family dentistry of Dr. Heap with the connection and selling out to a larger dentistry corporation and the pushing of more lucrative dental procedures. Has a cap replaced two years ago that insurance won’t cover again if it’s LED than 10 years old that may have been put on in a less than stellar way that’s
