The Terrace of Jacksonville

The Terrace of Jacksonville is amazing! I have my love one there and I’m very impressed with the quality of care, empathy the staff has for their patients, professionalism the staff exhibits. The management is very responsive to the family questions and always eager to help. The social worker there is the best!

My mom was a resident at TCU for a long time, and I can honestly say that Ashanti made all the difference in her care. From the very first day my mom arrived until the day she was discharged, Ashanti was there every step of the way. She treated my mom as if she were her own family—with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. It gave me so much peace knowing my mom was in such good hands. Ashanti truly goes above and beyond, and I’ll always be grateful for the love and dedication she showed to my mom.

I can’t say enough good things about the incredible care my loved one received from Ashanti and Charmane at The Terrace of Jacksonville. From the moment we arrived, both nurses went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. Ashanti brought such warmth and kindness to every interaction — her patience and positivity made even the hardest days a little easier. Charmane was just as amazing, always attentive, compassionate, and professional. She answered every question with clarity and treated my family like her own. These two are a true example of what nursing should be — heart, skill, and dedication. The Terrace is lucky to have them, and so were we. Thank you, Ashanti and Charmane, for making a difference. 💛

My 87yrs old mama is slowly but steadily recovering from the severe trauma. I credit the wonderful & caring people who work at The Terrace for her improvement. Medical and care team take a great care of the elderly patients. The PT/OT team, and especially Mr Norbi are nothing short of the miracle workers. When mother was transferred to The Terrace from the trauma unit she was basically bedridden- couldn't even sit in bed let alone stand or walk. Now she can get out of bed by herself, and slowly but surely regaining her strength and independence. Her body is getting stronger day-by-day, and everyone around cheering her up. My family is very grateful!

Worst of the worst. Do not let your loved ones go here. They stole multiple expensive blankets from both of my parents, put off getting my father to a doctor. The place is filthy. There’s German cockroaches everywhere. This place should be shut down. Shameful.
