The Square Pharmacy

The Square Pharmacy used to be one of the best places to grab your prescriptions, but lately, this business has been quite unreliable at times. I don’t know if the staff changed or whether the business has experienced major cutbacks, but the service is no longer up to par! Getting someone to answer the phone is a miracle, and they simply don’t follow business hours. I called over 20 times one day. On weekdays, sometimes they close at 4:30 pm when the site states otherwise. Today (10/19), I arrived to pick up a prescription at 11:10 am and no one was here as of 11:51am. The business hours for today are 10 am- 2 pm. The blinds are up, but the door is locked! Someone on the staff is stealing time and doing other things. The pharmacy is really well organized. The people and new management are really helpful and friendly. I had to get multiple prescriptions filled and they made the process so easy and efficient. I will definitely be using them as my pharmacy permanently!

This Year 2025 !! Highly recommend! The pharmacist here is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure you understand your medication and health needs. The doctor mentioned 4 times per day, but the pharmacist gave me a 2025 July expiration date. Of 4 boxes. She stuck a wrong exp. Date of November 2025. When I requested to return my 2 boxes, she denied. Quickly removed the stickers of the wrong exp. Date from 3 boxes to hide her mistake. But

Awful experience!!. On 22nd March I visited the medicine shop for my daughter's (who is 5.3 years old) medicines. I was not sure what the pharmacist had read and understood from the prescription, but she confidently gave me the wrong medicine. Instead of giving 'Loratadine Oral Solution 5mg', she gave me Loratadine 10mg capsule! After opening the pack we realized that it was wrong!!. Then I had to rush to the shop again to check with her. She was telling me that the doctor didn't mention anything on the prescription but I know that is completely incorrect. It was unacceptable!! as we are dealing with child medicine here. The pharmacist should have been more careful. I will avoid visiting this shop in the future. I would urge everyone Plz try to avoid this shop!! There are many other good

The worst pharmacy in the area. The service is terrible, and the person who answers the phone has a bad attitude and is very rude.
