What would I ever do without the kindness and skills of Dr. Hatch! He and the staff are incredible. Alexandra was very helpful before my procedure and clearly answered all my questions. Giselle, Jessica and Dr Saing are awesome! Always pleasant, helpful and accommodating! This morning I missed the bus so I called to let them know'd be late. When I arrived, they checked and were able to still see me. Some medical offices will not honor your appointment if you arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled time. Thank you Jessica and Giselle! Today I am thankful for their help so I didn't need to reschedule my visit. You girls (and all the staff members) are greatly appreciated!!
