The Smile Studio of Fairfield

My experience at Fairfield Smiles was wonderful. The hygienist Chloe was comforting and knowledgeable in care she provided. I hate the dentist but she made me comfortable in the chair which is crazy because it is something I usually cannot stand. The dentist took there time explaining what treatment I needed and why. The girls at the front were friendly and welcoming. Overall great experience and couldn’t recommend this practice enough.

Dr. Malin used the laser on me to do my filling yesterday, and there was practically no drilling. it was so easy, quick and efficient! Dr. Malin was so great and truly cared about my concerns. I was a little nervous at first but the assistant Alex was so comforting and nice! So happy I found my forever dentist office!

The staff at Fairfield Smiles welcomed me warmly. The office was bright and clean, Dr. Malin worked quickly and efficiently and explained next steps clearly. It was an overall positive experience.

Was Charged $5500 for Invisalign and given an express 10 case ( that I have confirmed the cheapest provided, non transferable and instead of having flexibility for adjustments you are at the mercy of what this office chooses to do ). A year and a half later my teeth look exactly the same as when I started. Thanks for nothing and another very expensive lesson learned from my end. Not to mention wasted time and effort. Next time I'll do my homework and be sure to go to an orthodontist before paying a very expensive flat rate and getting a basic product.
