The Smile Shoppe at Dublin Orthodontics

I bring my niece to the Dublin location every few months for her appointments. The women at the reception are always professional, welcoming and really sweet. A big shout out to Lindsey and another male dentist whose name i did not catch. He always does careful follow up on Emmanuella and refers her to specialist when needed. The Dublin office is always clean and welcoming. My family and I have only had the best experiences. I am looking forward to continue working with them.

Here for our second visit. Staff all seems very nice and competent. However, they are playing inappropriate and racist country music in the background. "Try that in a Small Town", "Hell Yeah", "Save a Horse Ride a Cowboy". All completely inappropriate for a pediatric orthodontist office. Parents or patients shouldn't have to listen to this drivel, nor should we have to ask that these overtly racist songs aren't played at an orthodontist office. I'm grateful we only have to come by every few months for about 30 mins.

Dublin Orthodontics is truly something special. From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for, seen, and valued. Alyssa, Angle, Dr. Byczek, and Dr. Nagy are all absolutely amazing — so kind, patient, and gentle throughout my entire visit. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and take pride in making every patient feel comfortable. It’s rare to find a team that treats you like family, but that’s exactly what they do here. I left feeling not only well taken care of, but genuinely grateful. I never thought I’d say this, but I actually look forward to going to the orthodontist now! If you want exceptional care, genuine kindness, and even a few good laughs — this is the place!

I recommend you shop around. This orthodontist said my daughter would need 18-24 months of braces at a very high cost. We went for a second opinion at a very reputable orthodontist a few miles away, where most of our friends go, and the estimate was half the cost, and six months lass time! To top it off, the Smile Shoppe "sales rep" pressured me into starting my daughter's braces THAT VERY DAY, while the other orthodontist said we are not in a hurry and we could wait six months. The TSS person we met with also suggested I make a payment that day toward the protection plan for the retainer my kid would eventually need. What? I was only there for a consultation, which I reiterated multiple times. Always, always seek two or more opinions and payment estimates when deciding on a provider for

Really great experience every time we come in here! The staff is very friendly, and treat you like family! I feel heard, seen, and excepted every time we come in!!! Will recommend everyone I know to come here! They have gone over and beyond to make us feel at home, and my Daughter safe!!! They have definitely got my trust in them!!!
