The Riverhouse (St. Vincent's Spirituality Center & Mike Davidson Overnight Center)

The beds are full size. You have to walk a half of mile to get to the hotel from the garage. Nobody tells you that when you are booking about the walk. If you check in late you have to check in at the hospital and not at the hotel so you have to walk back up to the hospital then to the back hotel. Ps no extra toilet paper. No iron. Only 2 sets of towels.

The Riverhouse was a God send! The house is directly across from the Emergency Room side of the hospital with a parking garage right next door. Very convenient! My brother had a triple bypass heart surgery and we couldn't have asked for a better location. We could walk to the floor he was on, and be there in a matter of minutes. The house has a common kitchen/dining and living room area. The kitchen was set up with a coffee maker and ice water/ice machine (crushed ice!). Also complete with a refrigerator if you should need to bring your own food. The room was spacious with two double beds, a TV and a nice bathroom. This time last year I stayed at the Riverhouse for 7 weeks. And I have nothing but awesome reviews to a 5 star host and housekeeper they made me feel like I was at home. The place was always in immaculate shape. I highly recommend it any and everybody if your in need of a place to stay while loved ones or even yourself is going through treatment at the hospital or cancer center. They are awesome... words can't truly express my gratitude. Thank you both so much..

Very impressive. My husband was in ICU and the nice lady made sure I was well taken care of. Very clean and comfortable. Thank you for everything.

4 of us stayed here for 3 nights while my Mother was in ICU at St Vincent's Riverside. Yes the room was reasonable but...there were 4 adults and housekeeping REFUSED to leave us more than 3 towels. The 3rd night we were left only 3 towels again after we had asked again for 4 towels, plus we were left 0 washcloths. It is bad enough to sit in ICU worrying about your family member, but then cant even take a hot shower, bathe, and dry off. The key card would not unlock the front door, each night we had to get someone inside to open it or call the hospital to send someone to let us in.
