I had extreme back pain from an injury (and more likely years of bad posture) and after several sessions with Dr Ralph, it has significantly helped my recovery. Staff and chiropractors are terrific! Ingrid is welcoming and incredibly helpful; Jim is knowledgeable and has great bedside manner; Dr Ralph adjusted parts of my back and neck that I haven’t had done by others. I appreciate how he explained what he was doing and why. He set realistic expectations around the timing of my recovery and simple steps I need to take to get there. They also checked what my insurance covered so there were no surprise bills. I highly recommend!!

I never knew how important it was to get adjusted until I went to Dr.Shaw Chiropractor, Dr. Ralph is the Best. I love how much better I feel after a session, especially since the staff there are so accommodating and attentive. Ingrid and Jade are kind, friendly, and helpful with setting me up for therapy before my adjustment. There is a great environment in this office and I always look forward to my visits for my adjustment and to see everyone at the office.

Dr. Frank Coppola's experience shows every time I visit the office. My lower back issue is improving! Also, Dr. Paul, the massage therapist on site is so knowledgeable, gentle and super effective. I can't wait to schedule another appointment with him.

Today I was my first time ever getting aligned. First off. The receptionist Ingridd was great. Very welcoming and on point with everything. Then I met with Dr. Ralph. Listen up!! The man knows his craft. He’s very knowledgeable and very informative about a lot of things leading to my discomfort. Now to the good part! The alignment!! Yes your body does naturally tend to crack a giggle or two. Lol feels freaking amazing!! I was extremely tense walking in and thanks to Dr. Ralph, what can I say, I’m ready for work and this time feeling great, less tense, putting to practice my new habits, and just feeling more Optimistic! Thanks again to the whole team!!

First off... Dr. Shaw office is the Best. Another successful stress free day. After arriving at the office a few mins late. Ingrid was happy to greet me with Kindness. Ingrid took me to the room for heat therapy right away she knows I love love heat on my lower back. B. I refuse to see another Chiropractor. This is it.. This office is by far the most effective when it comes to my back pain.. in all seriousness. I got into a car accident back in 2019. I started visiting Dr. Shaw office early 2020.
