The Ranch Dental Care

Being new to the Lakewood Ranch area, I do feel lucky I found this gem. While no there is no perfect practice, The Ranch Dental Care comes close. All the staff are really nice, professional and very knowledgeable. Dr. Surujnarain and her team are really in sync and made all the work I had to get done easy and enjoyable.

The initial lady on the phone was very nice, I told her I needed a filling and she explained to me that would be a $1 exam fee, and after the exam they would give me a price for the filling, seemed reasonable. They were even able to book me an appointment the same day. The weird thing was when I came in. They refused to acknowledge the conversation we had on the phone And tried to charge $110 for the exam fee. something that if they did feel like it was truly a mistake they could’ve called prior to the appointment to fix, but they tried to wait until I showed up, so there was a less chance of saying no. $110 is a completely reasonable exam fee IF it was addressed in the beginning, but the unwillingness to honor the quote that was given via the main Business phone just an hour ago the

I had a great experience at The Ranch Dental. The dental hygienist was wonderful, and the cleaning was easy and comfortable. The doctor was super friendly and took the time to ask me questions about my personal life and how things were going, which made the visit feel very welcoming and personal. The exam was thorough, and everything was handled very efficiently—I was in and out without feeling rushed. Highly recommend!

The office staff is always very friendly and helpful. The hygienists are very careful but thorough so the cleaning process feels great and my teeth look amazing. The dentists are very professional and courteous. The wait time is minimal and the office is located close to my neighborhood in an easy access area. I have been here several times and will keep coming back!

I was greeted with a smile and “Hello” upon entering the office. Sam did a great job cleaning my teeth, and made certain that I was comfortable with all of his actions. He was very personable and professional.
